Terms of Service

This product warranty is provided by Shanghai Seekco Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.

Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set out below and applicable consumer laws, if the product is defective directly due to quality issues of the equipment or accessories arising from manufacturing or supply, we will, at our sole discretion, repair, replace or refund the product covered by this warranty (see below). A valid proof of purchase must be presented.

This product warranty is provided in addition to the consumer guarantees under consumer laws, and does not limit or replace such consumer guarantees.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
